The West Orange County CERT Program serves those who live and/or work in Buena Park, Cypress, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Rossmoor, Westminster and their attached communities. Each of these cities have their own point of contact who has been appointed by the city’s police chief. * The City of Buena Park supports the CERT training academy; however, the City of Buena Park does not retain volunteers. Buena Park residents who desire CERT Team membership should contact the City of Cypress or the City of La Palma.
+ The Rossmoor Community is unincorporated Orange County. Since the OC Sheriff’s Department and OCFA do not sponsor the CERT Program, Rossmoor residents who would like to be active in the West County CERT program, can enroll with the City of Los Alamitos.
