The 2017 Cypress Community Festival was terrific. The event was well attended and most everyone we ran into there was having a wonderful time. The Chili and Salsa Tasting Contest was a lot of fun for both the tasters and the entrants. There was a lot of good choices, some HOT and some NOT. The talent performances were great and the car show and City Council Contest were both fun and entertaining. It was all good.
West Orange County CERT along with the Cypress RACES Team, and a full complement of First Responders (Police, Fire, SWAT, K9) were busy much of the day answering questions and letting people find out more about crime, safety, and preparedness. But most of all, everyone had a good time and learned stuff.
Here are some photos from the day. Enjoy!
