Joining a Microsoft Teams Meeting

Joining a Microsoft Teams meeting is very simple once you have the “Join” / meeting invitation link.

Click on the link or copy and paste it into a new browser window and you should see a screen something like this:

This screen offers you three choices:

  1. Download the Windows (or other platform) Microsoft Teams app.
  2. Continue on this Browser.
  3. Open the Team App on your device.

If you are a regular Team user, you can just open the meeting on your device. If you are not a regular Teams user, then we suggest that you open the meeting link in the browser you are using.
